To help churches respond to these challenges, Vision2 and Christian Stewardship Network together surveyed churches of all sizes and denominations.
Analysis of the data and gathering of additional insights has been completed and findings are shared in the final report. The report also offers actionable insights for building a strong culture of generosity and stewardship in your church.
A Few Key Survey Insights
Data presented for churches: Under 1,000 average weekly attendance and 1,000 and over weekly attendance.
Financial Discipleship
Across both groups, nearly 50% indicate the responsibility for delivering or discipling in the area of finances is shared across ministry leaders.
Tracks Major Givers (>$5k)
Just over half of smaller churches track major givers while ~80% of larger churches track these givers.
Stewardship Goal
A top 12-month goal for churches in both groups is to increase giving.
